Being London born and bred means we LOVE finding new awesome things to do in our favourite city! We know it can be a struggle to get from one side of London to the other, but with so many awesome things going on we decided to put together our favourite things to do in your local neighbourhood. First up, South East...

1. Slide down the Shard

Ok so not really...but you can feel like you're travelling 100mph down a helter-skelter in one of two new virtual reality experiences at the top of The Shard! 2. Joe's Brunch

For your eggs and avo hit, we suggest getting yourself down to Joe's Kitchen (Borough) for all the usual brunch suspects and more...from eggs, salmon, granola and porridge if you're feeling good, or banana and nutella toasties, mac & cheese or a burger if you're looking for something a bit more indulgent.. #balance and all that ;)

3. The Artworks

Built from repurposed shipping containers this is a little creative gem in the heart of Elephant and castle. Check out little food and drink spots on the ground floor, chill out in the outdoor courtyard or even bring your laptop to get a little work done. You can check out regular events and pop-ups..there's always something on.

4. Instagram-friendly Coffee

For the best coffee (and cake) head to The Watch House (Tower Bridge and Bermondsey St). Savour Brazilian based espresso with locally sourced organic milk, all specially roasted for The Watch House. The taste is an extremely sweet, chocolate nuanced blend that creates satisfying espresso beverages every time with a resonant finish....or in other words, bloomin' brilliant coffee.

5. One2OneLdn Studio

Hidden away on County Street is the exclusive One2OneLdn personal training studio owned by pro-trainer @courtneypruce offering a private and intimate space to train, complete with the latest equipment and all the showering and changing facilities you'd need.

One2OneLdn is also home to Vlique pro personal trainer Anna Rhodes, who runs her signature Lifting for Girls sessions from the studio twice a week.
